We will look at ways to eliminate negative energetic residue from past stress in a future post. For now, let us take a look at some things we can do to eliminate or at least curtail some stress negativity. In the stressful world that we live in, it is important to find ways to decrease and prevent stressful incidents and decrease negative reactions to stress.
For this post, I will address:

Time Management

Here are some ways to improve your time management:

  • Focus, concentrate and delegate.
  • Schedule time for personal activities.
  • Use a planner to keep track of how you are spending your time.
  • Prioritize your day according to the most productive output.
  • Don’t overcommit to projects and activities.
  • Using a planner will also help to overcome procrastination.

Use time management to accomplish more.
Use time management to spend more quality time with friends and family.
Using time management can significantly reduce future stressful events.
